Local delivery is available only for customers who live in the Greater Milwaukee, WI area. Delivery fee is $5 per delivery regardless of transaction total and is non-refundable. When placing your order, please include the phone number that you would like to be contacted on for the scheduling of your delivery. After your order has been placed, you will be contacted via the number provided within 30 minutes to an hour to schedule your delivery day/time. After the initial scheduling, if you are not available for any given reason, or your circumstances have changed and you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Your delivery can be rescheduled up to two additional times. After the 2nd attempt, your order will be mailed via USPS and you will be invoiced for the shipping charges.
If requested, your order can be left in the mailbox, on the porch, or in any other area of the requested delivery location that you deem as a safe place. A picture will be taken of where the package was placed and sent to you as proof of delivery. We can not be held responsible for any stolen/damaged items after we've left the order in the requested drop off area of your choice.
