Each item is carefully examined for any potential damages or defects before it is packaged and sent out. Due to human error, in the event that you do receive an item that contains any damages or defects, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work to rectify the issue. We will request that a photo of the damage/defect be emailed to email@example.com. Once the required photos are sent and reviewed, a 10% credit will be issued.
