Shipping Policy

-All orders ship via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be fulfilled and processed. Once your order is confirmed, delivery will be made within 3-5 business days. If your order is placed on the weekend or on a holiday, your order will not be shipped until the next business day. Suited Boutique can not be held responsible for any misdirected packages due to an error of input by the customer on the shipping address during the time of purchase. Please verify that your address and other information is correct before submitting your order. If an error does occur, please contact Suited Boutique via email at within 24 hours of your purchase to notify us. 

Suited Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided with all purchases. If it has passed your estimated delivery date and it has been determined that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to resolve the issue. Suited Boutique by Renee does not hold responsibility for packages that state 'delivered' by the carrier. If your tracking number states 'delivered', or your package has been determined lost/stolen, a store credit will not be issued.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased item within 5 days of receiving it for a store credit or an even exchange. The item(s) must be in it's original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition with original receipt. All sales are final after 5 days. 

All returns will be inspected for any defects or signs of wear. Suited Boutique has the right to accept or deny any return of an item(s) if it does not meet these requirements. Once it has been determined that your return meets the standards of our Return Policy, a store credit will be issued via email to the email address you provided on your original order within 7-10 business days.

*Sale/Clearance items and items from Renee's Closet are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
